Co-Directors & Principals Brian Kennedy and Robert Rey have established a successful commercial real estate business that services Brisbane CBD to the Sunshine Coast, with Ray White Commercial offices at Caboolture/Redcliffe & Pine Rivers on the north side of Brisbane.
Brian Kennedy has been with Ray White Commercial for 25 years. He has received numerous awards for his achievements, including life membership to the Alan White Club. Brian also is one of only a handful of Ray White Commercial personnel who have achieved International recognition as an Elite performer.
With over 9 years experience in the local areas of Pine Rivers, Redcliffe & Caboolture precincts, Robert Rey’s knowledge of Commercial & Industrial property within these shires is second to none. Over the past 5 years he has negotiated major sales in the Redcliffe/Rothwell area through to North Lakes & Caboolture. Land sales in the industrial market have included over $90million worth of industrial land within the Deception Bay & North Lakes areas while sales of iconic sites at Caboolture & Morayfield have also totaled well over $40million within the last few years.
Possessing local knowledge and a full understanding of tenant and owner occupier needs is why these sales and numerous others were achievable. Agents must understand changing market conditions and be able to develop skills to structure deals to suit these conditions and such attributes have been demonstrate time and again through the offices directed by Brian Kennedy & Robert Rey.
Currently there is a combined staff of sixteen personnel who are based at our Strathpine & North Lakes offices, and we are ideally located to service the needs of our clients. Our offices are able to service any client requirement with specialised sales staff experienced in all aspects of commercial and industrial sales, business brokering, leasing, investment and development and a personalised property management division.
