I am writing this letter in order to express my appreciation for the manner in which you have both conducted business with me through the recent leasing of our property at Narangba and also the sale of our property located in Brendale.  Obviously  that you were successful in achieving results on both properties in a relatively short period of time  ( given the current  market situation ) was very satisfying.

 

However, I was prompted to write in order to thank you both for the way in which those results were achieved. Firstly, the fact that you remained in constant contact and that I was regularly updated on the situation and secondly, that  I always sensed that no prospect or opportunity would be allowed to go un-pursued.
